I could have labeled these pictures 1, 2, & 3 and not written a bit more and it would have totally explained our day, our special day :) Ha ha! Today was our very first day of kindergarten and we all learned a lot. I learned that the littles aren't going to be able to "hang" with us the whole time and I need to have some fun, shorter activities for them. You live and learn. I'll do better in that area tomorrow!
I was so proud of Holden. He did sooo good today. He was very excited about the day and came into it ready to learn something new. Unfortunately, he thought the day was going to end with him being able to read his entire Little House on the Prairie book. He was a little disappointed that phonics takes time...sweet boy.
Well, this mommy needs to get to reading my lesson plans for tomorrow. Back to work I go! :)
