They're coming along

Last weekend was a three-day weekend for Tim. Those are always our favorites! It's fun having him home and having the help all day long :) For Christmas he promised to build me shelves for our dining room. Now that we're getting older (eek!) I've found that I prefer things for our home, more than anything. Our townhome has close to zero storage space, so the idea of wall-to-wall, built in bookshelves sounded perfect. It turned out to be a really big job (not that I helped or anything), but from watching, it looked like a really big job. It's Saturday and the building was completed on Monday and the trim was up by Wednesday. Right now it's partially primed and should be done by the end of the weekend. It's tough to complete a project this huge with little ones running around. I can't wait to start using the space! It's such a dramatic change!
