I am so happy that it's nearly the weekend, although, Tim has to work on Saturday. He's doing an emergency team training for work, in case there is ever a terrorist attack. He gets to wear a hazmat suit. I hope he gets to take his picture in it! Friday is Fount's 3rd birthday, so Tim is taking off work then. That'll be nice. We're going to spend the day doing birthday traditions. I can't wait!
I just can't believe he'll be three!
So, to wrap up our week...
Holden had a stomach bug on Sunday and Monday. Thankfully, it only lasted about 24 hours and none of the rest of us came down with it. What a blessing!
This is what the boys usually look like during school.
I don't ever want to forget them like this :)
Yesterday, during science, we made "sun tea" for Daddy. Fount predicted that the water would turn blue.
I got an email from our electric company saying that this winter season, we are predicted to have heavy snowfall, so the kids and I decided to make a "Winter Survival Kit" list. This is what they thought was important:
and I don't think Holden remembers it at all. He was nearly two at the time.
(This was the beginning).
Standing on top of our air conditioner that was level with the snow.
Wonder if this will be a crazy winter after all...
Guess I better get Fount a heavy coat soon! It's freezing outside!
