mmmm cornbread

I made this last night and, let me tell you, it was the best boxed cornbread I have ever tasted. It's super quick and you only have to add 3 ingredients! It was wonderful. Gotta love Traders Joe! (That's what we call it here in the Ruse home. When we moved to the suburbs for the first time, the lady showing us our apartment called it this. It was so hilarious that we kept calling it Traders Joe. "Lockbuster...Traders Joe..." I'm not sure where she was from, but she had a very strong accent and wore lots of cheetah and gold jewelery.)
