Bye Bye Baby

This diaper box was the popular toy of the day. He sat in there in played with his car forever.

Today I decided to take pictures of his "nursery" one last time before I start packin up. So much of his baby stuff won't be going into his new room. He turns 21 months next Wednesday. It's so hard to believe that he's almost 2 years old! I guess that's the time where you stop counting in months. The next room he moves into will be his big boy room, complete with airplane sheets and all (though we'll be making the crib switch after his second birthday). It'll be so exciting for him. We plan on getting him bunk beds!

After I took the pictures, I decided to start putting his baby toys into a box for the baby, but as soon as I would put them in, he would take them out.

His legs hang off the end of this. He looks like a giant when I put him on here. He started going "pee pee in the potty" a lot lately. Woo Hoo! I don't care if he just does it for the M&M prize. I'll take it!

This morning I was getting ready and he came in with his Bible and chair and sat down at the toilet. I asked him what he was doing and he said, "At reading desk."
