34 weeks, 5 days

Sadie and I, this morning, before my doctor's appointment

Our doctor's appointment, today, went well. My next appointment will be in two weeks and then, after that, I'll be going every week. I guess that's when you can say I'm in the home stretch. I'll continue to have ultrasounds, to keep an eye on her size, but my doctor seem to feel confident that we just have small babies. I never thought I'd be one of those "planney" pregnant women, but it seems appropriate when you have two young children and any family coming to help with them are quite a plane ride away. So, for our peace of mind, Tim and I decided to ask for a scheduled induction. This way my mom will be able to come a day or so before and we'll be able to better prepare the boys, rather than just dashing off in the middle of the night, or worse- bringing them to labor and delivery. Our doctor schedules inductions after you hit 39 weeks, so I'll be going in 5 days before my due date. Mark your calendars- we're set to be at Georgetown @ 6am on Tuesday, March 29th! I already can't wait!
