Nearing 30 weeks

I'll be 30 weeks on Saturday!

Pregnancy Highlights:

Size of baby: Sadie Jane is around 3 pounds; Probably smaller, since I'm measuring smaller.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 10 lbs. so far, after going down 12 lbs., from my starting weight, in the beginning. So really I've been gaining for quite some time now.

Maternity Clothes: I'm all in this time around! With the boys, I still hung onto some of my regular clothes, but after I delivered them, I realized that I was just stretching out all my clothes and had to go shopping anyway. This pregnancy, I had to buy all new clothes, which was nice bc I ended up buying non-frumpy things, which really helps with the mood!

Movement: She is VERY active. In fact, I can't decide what time of the day she is more active bc I feel like she's on the go all the time (a lot like Holden was). She absolutely doesn't like when I lie on my right side at night. She can't get comfortable and settle down until I'm on my left side.

Sleep: If it weren't for the late night potty trips (for me and Holden), I think I'd be sleeping quite soundly. I'm not to that "completely miserable, I can't sleep at all, get this baby out of me" stage yet, but I know it's coming as I near the home stretch...

Cravings: I'm just hungry a lot, but I don't have specific cravings- unless Tim mentions a restaurant and then I have to go there!

Symptoms: Mostly tiredness, varicose veins, and Braxton Hicks. Going out with both boys by myself feels like a marathon nowadays. So if I have to go anywhere, we either go as a whole family or I just take one boy- much easier! 

Best Moment this week: I'm beginning to see my boys as big brothers. They're going to be so wonderful to Sadie. Individually, they have so much to give, since they have such different personalities. I can't wait to see them with her.

I've been looking at photographers to take pictures of Sadie during her first week. I'm also looking for someone to take maternity pictures for me. I'm super excited about finding a photographer.
