23 weeks 4 days

As you can see, I'm getting bigger...I mean, Sadie's getting bigger :) (That's what Tim says and it makes me feel better).

My next doctor's visit is next Tuesday and I'm really looking foward to it. At some point, before we leave for TX, I'll have to go back again and get my Rhogam shot (I'm RH-). And we'll have another ultrasound, as well, just before our big TX trip. I'm so anxious to see our little girl again.

I bought a cushion for the rocking chair that will go in Sadie's room. It's actually the first thing I've bought for her room, so it's pretty exciting. I'll have to take a picture of it later. It's a vintage-looking fabric. It's white with roses on it- green, blue, light and dark pink. It's really pretty. It will go on the same rocking chair that my mom rocked me in, the same one we rocked Holden in, and the same one that sat in Fount's room (He wasn't a rocking chair baby. He's more of the "lay me down and let me go to sleep on my own kind of baby.") But I really can't wait to use it for Sadie. This time around, I really wanted a comfy cushion, so when I found this one at Tuesday Morning for a steal, I couldn't pass it up. It's just a seat cushion, so I'll need some kind of pillow for the back. Maybe something with an "S" on it?...We'll see. I hope the cushion will go with whatever bedding she has- I've still yet to pick it out. All I know is that I want pink!

Our double stroller was delivered late last night. I was so happy to get it! It is our Christmas present from my mom and John. I think it's going to be amazing to have in the airport. I do wonder how they'll scan it?...Do they just put it through what we walk through, I wonder?...I'm hoping that Holden will want to start walking soon. I told him this morning, "When Sadie gets here, she and Fount are going to need to ride in the stroller and you'll have to walk." He stared at me for a few seconds and said, "What are you talking about?" I'm guessing Sadie will end up riding in the sleepy wrap for a while :)

Tim and I use to see kids around Holden's age riding in a stroller and say to eachother, "That kid is way too old to be pushed around in a stroller." And they probably were. But now that I have one of those kids that trips you every time you make them walk more than 10 feet, I totally get it. After you carry a 3ish year old for a while, you can't feel your arms and then you're the one that starts getting fussy, so letting them ride in the stroller and giving them way too many snacks starts making a lot of sense.

Holden played in here for an hour this morning. Once he was tired of that, he was onto the box, of course!
