Today was such an honor and a privilege! It's still hard to believe that we were actually on The White House grounds today. Even though we were surrounded by thousands of people, I still felt like we were having this special, memorable family time and I think every one around me was feeling the same way. It was so much fun to see Holden run around on the beautifully manicured lawn and since he doesn't have a lawn to run around on, the fact that it was President Obama's yard, made it that much more special. Below are just a few of the pictures we took from our glorious easter at The White House!
The garden.
The play set right outside the oval office. (I could've gotten a closer picture, but we were rushing to get our wooden egg souvenir).
Yep, that's Ziggy. And it was awesome.
Our big boy, all by himself, at the egg hunt. He found so many eggs! He was so proud of himself, and happy, until he realized he couldn't take the eggs with him.
Water break.
Look how close we were!
This seemed to be one of Holden's favorite things--the characters and the fountain.
I hope he remembers this.

Oh my gosh! I love that last pic of him on Tim's head. And I really love his socks! He's adorable...
