Don't the weekends go by too fast?


Every stage Holden has been at has been my favorite. But the one he is at now is truly amazing. He says a new word every day. Today he said "pee pee" when I was changing his diaper. Now that's not one of his biggest words to date, but it was still pretty exciting. On Saturday he said, "trees," "bible," "socks," and "Drew" (for his great-uncle). The other day, I wrote all the words he can say down in a journal and was astounded by the number! The first year went by so fast, but the second year is feeling just the same. Maybe they all go by just as fast...In a few weeks he'll be 17 months--wow!
