Mama's boy?

Can you see his little curl?

Minutes earlier, a package arrived for Holden. It was his very own cell phone! As you can see, he was very excited! Thank you, Nana!

Cousin Wade and Holden taking a moment away from Robots to pose for Daddy.
Last Friday night we babysat my cousins. They're 6 and 3 and absolute angels! We tried to take more pictures of them and Holden, but hardly any of them turned out. Holden looks like a ghostly blur in practically all of them. He's a movin and a groovin these days!

Definitely not camera shy!

Bless his heart. He was trying to put on a happy face, but he desperately needed his Daddy.
When Holden hit 9 months, he became even more so attached to Tim. If he's not in Daddy's arms, he's looking for Daddy. In fact, he almost looses his breath when he sees Tim walking up to the back door in the afternoons after work. It's precious to see him stroke out like that. It really is beautiful to see them together. Watching Tim be a Dad is one of my most favorite things in life. The way Holden rides every where on his shoulder, with one hand draped over Tim's head, will forever remain in my head. The way they're always running around the house trying to scare me...You know, the dad things. I always knew Tim was going to be a wonderful dad. He just had that in his heart, but now that Holden is here, it is so neat to see how naturally fatherhood comes to him.
