It's not even noon

What a morning we have had so far...I use to always think about how easy babies have it. Not a worry in the world, except for when your next meal is or where that darn remote has gone (hmmm...something we have in common, I guess). When Holden was about a week old I figured out how resilient he was--he really wasn't going to break. And at about 3am this morning, I realized that babies are pretty tough. Holden started cutting both of his top teeth Wednesday and it hit it's peak early this morning. Bless his little heart...There's only so much you can do to ease their little bones. At 8am, I was at the computer ordering some necessities when Holden crawled smooth into the edge of the desk with his cheek--youch! At 8:30am, blow out (to say the least), not noticed by mom until it was all over us both. Then at 9am while he was sitting in the kitchen floor playing with his car, I saw a backwards wobble, a hard donk of the head, followed by a delayed pitiful cry. By 9:30am the dude had enough. Hopefully, when he wakes up from his much-needed nap, we'll have a gentler day. Poor guy...being a baby really is tough.
