Picture Post

I haven't stayed on top of my pictures as much as I should this summer and now I'm behind. I still have OK/TX pictures to post, some randoms, and some from my Nana and Papa John's visit a few weeks ago. I'll get on that! In the meantime, here are some fresh pictures from this week and last.

We bought Holden is very first pair of scissors this past weekend. He felt so big using them for the first time on Monday. He's favorite thing to do with them is to make Indian fringe.

Sadie had us all up last night and early this morning...It was frustrating, to say the least. Nothing is wrong with her, she just wants to be held and walked around :)  Fount, being the light sleeper that he is, ended up getting in our bed around 4 this morning. Holden wasn't bothered in the least- woke up right at 7am. To keep Holden and Sadie quiet, so Fount could get some extra rest, I let them watch a show while they ate their breakfast. Sadie felt so big!

(Look at her hair! It's flowing!)

I found out, last week, that play dough has gluten in it. Great. So, we ended up making our own with peanut butter, honey, and corn meal. There is a recipe for it, but I ended up just adding as I needed. The kids really enjoyed it. Sadie wasn't so sure about it. She tried eating it and didn't like the texture. Here are some pictures~

Modesty Alert: Please do not post this picture.

There's really nothing sweeter than my children's hands. Never want to forget them all tiny like this.

This kept the boys busy for a long time.
Holden lasted the longest. I couldn't believe how much entertainment this brought them.

Early last week, Tim took the boys to the "swinging park," while Sadie and I went to the mall. They look so big here, don't they?

You wouldn't believe how much they are changing. Fount talks non stop and Holden is growing up just as much. He's getting taller...gained a whole 4 lbs. Woo hoo! They're best friends.

Well, we're off to play outside before it rains again. It's cloudy. We've been getting so much rain lately. It's nice.
