Sleep-overs

Holden and Fount share a room. It wasn't the original plan, but now that they share, I think it's the sweetest thing ever and I don't think I'd change the set-up, even if we had 4 rooms. When they're older, I know personal space will be a bigger issue, but right now, it's just perfect. They've become best friends, which is one of the many blessing I have gotten to experience thus far as being a parent of children close in age.

Holden's been asking if he could have a sleep-over for a while now. I told him that girls call them slumber parties. He thought that was a silly name. I remember them so well! Fun times! I'm sure we'll be in the experiencing of them very soon.

On Friday night, we put the boys to bed, like usual, and like usual, they chatted and played for a while. After a bit of that, they called out to us from the top of the stairs and asked if they could sleep in the same bed. This is how we found them when we went up to check on them...

They asked us the same thing on Saturday night...
(I accidently woke them when I took a picture. Before the flash came on, they had been holding hands. Ahhh!)

And while they were cuddling, so was I :)

Tim and I sure have been blessed.
