Oh sweet Sadie...
This is the first time that she has really been sick and it's been really hard on her (and us). The dr says it's just a cold and thinks it is best to just let it run it's course. Isn't that what they always say? :) The rest of us are on antibiotics, thank goodness. She seems much better today and hopefully it'll just keep getting better.
Her first tooth finally poked through. It's on the bottom and now she is working on the next one. I forgot how sharp they are!
I can't even begin to tell you how sweet this little girl is! And I just adore all the little girl sounds she makes.
She started waving this month, but it looks more like a "high." She'll simply hold up her hand as a greet. It's really sweet.
She is crawling up a storm and wants to be right with her brothers. The other day, Holden said to her in the sweetest voice, "Ohhh Sadie, you have a round, little tiny, circle face." Ha! She does and it's incredibly kissable!
For Christmas she finally got some little girl things. We'll see if she'll make the switch to playing with dolls, instead of chewing on cars :)
She has her 9 month well visit on Tuesday and I'm anxious to see how much she has grown. Looks like we'll be starting finger foods this month. Wasn't she just born? Maybe that's what I keep telling the baby weight that's hanging on for dear life. So far, she likes to eat paper and stickers. I'm hoping she'll like fruit and veggies as much as Fount did. Maybe I'll have better luck with her and she won't want a strictly peanut butter and jelly/chocolate milk diet when she hits 2.
I just know she's going to be 1 before we know it. My mom already sent her 1 year old birthday outfit. I'll have to post a picture! I kind of wanted to cry and then I kind of got excited. Our little family is growing up!
