Potty Training

I have to say, so far so good potty training Holden. As of now, he's been dry and in training underwear- only one tiny squirt of an accident, since 2pm yesterday. Woo hoo! He's been going "pee pee in the potty" for a very long time now and stays dry most of the day. He always wakes up dry, so I knew he was really ready physically and mentally to conquer this beast. After playgroup, yesterday, we went to Target and got a potty chair, training underwear, and special big boy underwear (Woody & Buzz, ofcourse!) As soon as we were on the isle with all the potty training things, he ran up to the potty chair, wrapped his arms around it and said, "My potty! I love it!" So, of course I had to buy that one! And I'm so glad that I did bc he loves it! Before yesterday, we were using a potty seat, but this is so much better bc he doesn't always need help using it. Although, he did try to dump his own pee pee in the potty yesterday. I give him props for most of it making it inside the toilet :)
