I'm not sure of the romantic details just yet, but sometime yesterday Tim's best friend, Jeremiah, proposed to his longtime love, Gabby. And, we couldn't be happier for the two of them!
One of my favorite things about being Tim's wife is that he's shown me the value of friendship. He and Jeremiah have been friends since they were little guys- 4? 5? And whenever they get together, though, not as frequently now since we live states away, but whenever we can work it out, it's always like time has stood still and they just pick up where they left off.

Our rehearsal dinner 2005I had the joy of meeting Jeremiah the week before Tim and I married and I'll never forget it. Meeting Tim's closest friend was so very special, and having him in turn, treat me the same, was just as special. The day before our rehearsal, we had a little snag with our music, which, as the bride, almost sent me over the edge. Thank goodness for Jeremiah! He is extremely musically talented, so he took it upon himself to play the missing songs for us, including the one I walked down the isle to. It was beautiful!
